Papa's Mother and Aunt 27 Who am I? Looking at old photos of the people I come from helps me feel connected to the chain of family I belong to. I am bound to my ancestors not just by but by traditions, stories, memories, heirlooms and family traits. Who they were trickles down through their posterity. I carry in me an appreciation for my ancestors that lived their lives in such a way that my life would be better.
